Shipping 

Imaan Kidz is currently shipping to UK and Europe, rates are calculated at checkout. Working days are Monday - Friday, orders are not shipped on weekends.

Standard tracked delivery: £3.99 (2-4 working days)

Next day express delivery (24 hours)

FREE Standard tracked delivery on all orders over £50

All orders are dispatched same day if placed before 12pm

 

Incorrect Addresses

Imaan Kidz is not responsibile for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is returned to us and no longer wanted, we will refund the order costs minus any shipping costs. If free delivery was given, we will refund the order minus £3.99

If you wish for the parcel to be redelivered, you will be invoiced £3.99 to cover the extra delivery (for UK orders only).

Refunds cannot be issued until goods have been received and inspected to be in the same packaging and condition.

 

Lost Package?

If you have not received your package, please take the time to do the following:

  1. Verify the shipping address. Make sure that the address entered in the 'shipping address' field of your order is where you want your package to be shipped.
  2. Check your tracking number. This is included in your shipping confirmation email.
  3. Check with other household members. Is there anyone who may have grabbed the parcel on your behalf.
  4. Check any safe spaces and with your neighbours. Are there any safe spaces where your package could have been left or could it have been delivered to one of you neighbours.
  5. Contact your local delivery office.
  6. If all else has failed, contact us with your order number on info@imaankidz.com.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 10 days. Returned goods must be in the same condition and packaging, with labels intact. After inspection, refunds will be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
